Missing Strike through style in Test Run step defects due to case sensitivity in workflow status

When defining whether a Defect issue key - for a test run step - should have the strike through style - for closed/resolved statues - the validation is case sensitive and checked against "Closed".

So, if the status is defined as "closed", "CLOSED" or some other variation, the strike through style will not be applied.

This validation shan't be case sensitive so it will behave as JIRA when applying the strike through style.
