As system, when a Test issue is moved or cloned then the Test Repository folder should be created in the destination project

As system, when a Test issue is moved or cloned then the complete Test Repository folder (i.e. the folder and its parent folders) should be created in the destination project.

Eg. "components/core" would create "components" folder (if needed) and "core" folder inside it if needed.

Notes:

• the folder is only created if the user has permissions to change the Test Repository in the destination project, accordingly with the Xray settings in that project
