As a I user I have the Affected Version populated when creating a Test from a requirement issue types

As a I user I have the Affected Version populated when creating a Test from the Create New Test button found on the Test Coverage section of any of the requirements issue types.
Currently only the Fix Version is populated, it would nice to have also the Affected Version.
