As a user, I can navigate to the Test Repository folder using the custom field "Test Repository Path"

As a user, I can navigate to the Test Repository folder using the custom field "Test Repository Path".
For this, the user just needs to click in the value of the custom field.

ACs:

• The Test Repository Path custom field must provide a link in the folder name so that users can navigate to the Test repository, for that specific folder.
• The look and feel of the custom field should be similar to the Components field.
• This feature must be provided whenever the custom field is rendered for displaying:
  • Test Issue view
  • Issue search list view (column view)
• Whenever editing the the custom field, the link is not provided. e.g. the issue edit view
