Sub-Test Execution assigned to Test Plans cannot be removed

When a Sub-Test Execution is assigned to a Test Plan through the Sub-Test Execution screen it can no longer be removed from the Test Plan.
The action to remove is available but after executing it nothing happens.

There´s also a bug when adding a Sub-Test Execution to a test plan trough it´s "Add test execution" menu, where it doesn´t do anything.
