Test Details section is not being fully loaded

The Test Details section won't be loaded when the getIssueKey() is called before being initialized by Jira. Or it may activate some cache that uses the same `undefined` result for some later time and Jira may think that it's ok.

To solve it, Xray should be prepared to handle this undefined value.
