As a user, I can move a Test Run from one Test Execution to the other

The user should be able to move a Test Run between Test Execution issues.

The Tests table in the Test Execution view issue page must provide an option to accomplish this task. The user will be prompted for a target Test Execution issue to move a Test Run.
