As a user, when creating a defect from the Execution Details page, the correct project should be selected

As a user, when creating a defect from the Execution Details page, the correct project should be selected.

Currently, no action to pick a project is being performed and the last project used is selected. The selected project for the Defect should match the Requirement's project (if configuration allows).
