Description

Use case:
a user wants to be able to query for a user who executed the Test Run (Parameter5) and skip P2, P3 and P4 by doing “issue in testExecutionTests("UIVAL-22009", , , , “user”)”.
The user cannot use “” in the empty parameters because for P3, it will be treated as “unassigned”.
