As a user I'm be able to bulk edit field test plan of a test case

Hello,

I'm trying to bulk edit a bunch of test cases to add them to a test plan. I have to resort to that instead of adding the test cases from the test plan because the performance are very poor when a test plan shows up more than 3000 test cases and the page times out (already reported and tracked in your system).

When I try to set test plan field, I'm not proposed anything else than overwriting the existing values, which is bad as a test case can belong already to some other test plans.

I'll like to have the same options than for labels bulk editing. See pictures
