As a user, I can see all the Tests within a given folder and sub-folders in the right-side of the Test Plan Board

As a user, I can see all the Tests within a given folder and sub-folders in the right-side of the Test Plan Board.

For this, the user should be able to switch from the traditional view where he only sees the direct child Tests on the right-side pane, to a flatten view of all Tests that belong to that folder and related sub-folders.

Whenever using the flattened view:

• Tests cannot be ranked
• In the right pane view, it should possible to filter Tests using the already provided filtering mechanism, thus allowing to do multi-selection and contextual operations

• Tests appear grouped by folder (the order should respect the rank within the folder)
• The progress bar should be shown for each folder
