Error while deserializing Manual Test Steps on Issue edit

Steps to reproduce:

• Create a Manual Test
• Add this step:

• Step	Data	Expected Result
  Press keys	[1,2,3]	Keys are pressed and the numbers are visible on the screen

• Click on 'Edit' - A dialog should open

• Click on 'Update' - The Dialog won't close and at this point, the server has thrown an internal error 

The server is trying to parse the value '[1,2,4]' as a JSON array, instead of a string.
