How to reproduce:

Precondition: have an application link to a remote JIRA instance

step	result
go to execution page	-
click on add defects	-
change server to a remote JIRA instance	-
switch back to local instance	-
click on Issues select box	Following error is displayed: The JIRA server was contacted but has returned an error response. We are unsure of the result of this operation

The cause is that when switching back to the local server, the dialog will access the wrong resource.
