As a user, I can filter obtain a list of Tests based on the Test Run fields from a Test Execution using a JQL function

As a user, I can obtain a list of Tests based on Test Run fields from a Test Execution using a JQL function.

This shall include: 

• existence of comments
• existence of evidences
• executed by
• start date
• finish date

Note: see if the testExecutionTests JQL can be evolved in order to support this.
