Ability to create Test Environments with variables and assign them to Test Plans and Test Plan folders

As a user,  I would like to be able to define the Test Environments whenever creating a Test Plan, in order to clearly identify what target environment(s) should be used in the Test Executions linked into that plan (and created or not from that plan).

This feature will allow test engineers to create or generate environments with variables such as Browser, Operating System, Database, etc. These environments (or configurations) can be managed and assigned to Test Plans and Test Plan folders. Test Executions can then be created automatically for each environment/configuration.

Xray will provide a report to track the progress of Test Runs by environment in the context of a specific Test Plan.

When analyzing requirements or tests by a Test Plan, the list of Test Environments must only contain environments that are assigned to the Test Plan issue.
