As a user, I should be able to see all the used Test Environments based on the actual linked Test Executions

As a user, I should be able to see all the used Test Environments based on the actual linked Test Executions.

Having a "calculated" field would be an help to maintain "Test Environment" filed values in the Test Plan up to date when adding (or linking) to that Test Plan another Test Execution (with other "Test Environment" values).
