As a user, I can create Test Executions from the Test Plan, for Tests related with requirements in some workflow status

As a user, I can create Test Executions from the Test Plan, for Tests related with requirements in some workflow status

Desired behavior:
1. Go to test plan
2. Click "Create Test Execution"
3. Click new option "With requirement status..."
4. Select one or multiple status (from Jira workflow) of the requirements. (maybe show JQL field as advanced option)
5. Click add

Expected Result: Test Exeuction is created and all tests from testplan are associated where the linked requirement is i.e. in status "Closed".

 We consider this requirement as quiet usefull i.e. for testing within a sprint because testers want to only test test cases where the story is already implemented.
