Test Case Importer is not validating mandatory fields and is creating Tests even if they are not defined

Test Case Importer is not validating mandatory fields and is creating Tests even if they are not defined.

While importing by XRAY test case importer, it didn't checked the mandatory fields which is configured in Test screen scheme.
It means the Test cases were created without the values of mandatory fields.

Mandatory fields must be defined during the mapping phase of the built-in Test Case Importer and shall not proceed otherwise.
