As a user, I can restrict the autocomplete of Cucumber steps in the editor of Cucumber Tests based on the used tags

As a user, I can restrict the autocomplete of Cucumber steps in the editor of Cucumber Scenarios/Scenario Outlines based on the used tags.

There will be a "new" visual component that will allow the user shall be presented with a ordered list of all the tags used in the scope of that project. Then it should be possible to do a multiple selection of tags.

All selected tags will affect the suggestion of autocomplete steps in the editor.
