Description
As an administrator, I can define the project roles allowed to manage (i.e. modify) the Automated Step Library.
If no project role is defined, every project member will be able to manage it.
By managing, it means:
- create/remove/update tags
- delete steps
- refactor steps (i.e. rename)
- merge steps
- other operations that change the information seen in the Automated Step Library
