    Description

      As a user, I can update (i.e. rename) a step in the Automated Step Library of some project.

      Whenever a step is modified, all Tests in that project including that step will be updated accordingly (except the Tests that are read-only).

      Note: whenever editing the step, it should be trimmed from spaces.
