As a user, I can select several steps in the Automated Step Library and merge them

As a user, I can select several steps in the Automated Step Library and merge them for refactoring purposes.

When the steps are merged, the user shall be asked for text of the new step. 

All related Tests/PreConditions should be updated accordingly (except if they're read-only).
