As a user, I can add Tests to Test Sets or Test Executions from a saved filter

The Xray issue select dialog should provide an option for adding all Test issues returned by a previously saved filter. A new select filter should be provided in the search tab for choosing an existing filter to narrow the search of Tests or Test Sets.
