As a user, I can have different Test Executions per environment

Test Executions can be created per environment but the status of a particular Test for a version is calculated based in the last Test Run in that version. When considering Environments, the status of a Test Run must be calculated using the last Test Run for each Environment.

Also, the Environment field provided by JIRA is open text. This might be difficult to identify the same environments to group executions.
