As a user, I can re-rank the Tests in a Test Execution using the current selected sorting

Users should be able to apply a rank for all the tests in a Test Execution based on the current sorting applied.

ACs:

• A new button should be provided on the Tests table to allow users to apply a given rank.
• A confirm dialog should appear right after the user clicks the re-rank button
• The re-rank operation must be available only if the issue is editable by the current user.
• The re-rank operation must be available only if the table is not filtered.
• The re-rank operation must be available only if the original ranking differs from the current sorting.
• After applying a re-rank, the default sort column should be rank
