As a User, I should be able to remove test cases from a Test Plan from a Test Plan Board

As a User, I should be able to remove test cases from a Test Plan from a Test Plan Board.

Currently tests can only be removed by selecting the removal option in the Test Plan issue type - this option should exist in the test plan board when right clicking either selected test cases or a selected folder. 

The context option should be named "Remove from Test Plan".
