Submit on search text box clears all filters

On the table of a Test Plan's tests, while typing in the Search Text Box, if I press 'Enter' all the filters are cleared/reset.

E.g. I'm creating this filter:

Then, as I finish typing, I press Enter, instinctively and everything is cleared:

Pressing Enter should, normally, apply the filter. Here, the filter is already automatically applied. But it should never, under any circumstances clear all the filters
