exporting Reports to CSV does not work for Test Plans and Test Executions Reports and does not work properly whenever switching between reports

exporting Reports to CSV does not work for some reports, except for the Traceability Report.

there seems to have two related problems:

• unable to export the Test Plans Report and the Test Execution Report to CSV
• if going to the Traceability Report and exporting to CSV and then switching the report to another one, trying to do export to CSV in that one will generate the Traceability Report as CSV; it seems that the report information is kept on "session"

Note: this didn't happened in v3.0.x.
