As a user, I can filter Test issues by status and Test Plan using the requirementTestsWithStatusByTestPlan JQL function

The user must be able to filter Test issues by status and version using the requirementTests JQL function.

requirementTestsWithStatusByTestPlan(REQ_KEY|requirements_based_filter, STATUS, TP_KEY, [ENVIRONMENT]) 

where:

• STATUS - (Test Run) Status list separated by "|"(pipe)
• TP_KEY - Test Plan Issue Key
• ENVIRONMENT - Test Environment (Optional)
