    Description

      When having 3000+ projects and 3/4 versions per project, the Project Settings page timeouts or takes a long time to load (3+ minutes).

      The problem seems to be related to the "Copy Project Versions Web Resources (copy-project-version-resources)" that is invoking a REST endpoint: "/rest/api/2/project"
