Add option in Global Preferences to allow Issue clones without cloning Xray's custom fields.

"When cloning a test currently the association to a pre-condition, test set and test plan are preserved and only the association to test executions to be deleted. This is not intended by our users, they want the clone to be pure Clone without all the above mentioned associations preserved. The same effect is also shown when using the Jira Bulk Clone Professional AddOn for a group of tests. Even when This AddOn has a possibility to empty the custom respective custom XRay fields "Test Plans associated with a Test", "Test Sets associated with a Test" and "Pre-Conditions associated with a Test" who are responsibly for the above associations, this functionality is far to complex , so that it is unusable for our users.

So the question is, could we configure globally to not clone the above associations while cloning? And if this is not possible could you create such a option or change you cloning functionality for test in this way at all?"
