In the Execution page, if the Test Step comment is blank text, the user wont be able to edit/add/delete

In the Execution page, is not possible to edit blank comments. It is being considered as an empty comment, so the comment icon is grey (=no comment) but the plus icon is also invisible (= there is a comment). Please see attached image.

How to reproduce:

• Test Run Screen of a Test with at least one Test Step.
• Add a comment by clicking plus-icon
• Only enter invisible control-characters like line-feed or space into the comment box.
• At first it looks like that the comment wasn't saved (because the icons didn't change - what would be okay i guess)
• When you reload/reopen the page the bug appears: The comment icon is grey (=no comment) but the plus icon is also invisble (= there is a comment)

The result is that the user can neither edit nor add a comment.
