Cucumber step level attachments are duplicated whenever importing cucumber JSON reports

Cucumber step level attachments are duplicated whenever importing cucumber JSON reports.

This seems to happen when Cucumber Scenario has only more than a certain amount of steps (needs to be verified).

This can be reproduced with the attached files (we need to create a Cucumber Test in JIRA and update the key of the Test issue in the cucumber.json file before submitting it).
