When importing JUnit results, the summary must be limitated to 255 characters

When importing JUnit execution results, if the "name" property is longer than 255 characters the Test will not be created because JIRA limitates the summary to 255.

When creating the Test Case the summary must be limitated to 255 characters by removing the overflow.
