As a user, I can synchronize Tests to Test Plans whenever managing Test Executions using Structure

A new option "Synchronize Tests from Test Executions to related Test Plan(s)" for the current "Xray Extender" shall be provided (enabled by default).

This is used to synchronize Test issues to/from Test Plans, whenever adding/removing them from Test Plans.

to the related Test Plan (e.g. remove/add Test to the Test Execution will also remove (if not used by other test executions) / add it to the Test Plan)
