In the Test Repository Page, when doing a JQL sometimes it returns tests from other projects

In the Test Repository Page, when doing a JQL sometimes it returns tests from other projects.
When a JQL includes an "ORDER BY" clause, the Tests returned by the JQL includes Tests from other projects.

Steps to reproduce:

• Have at least 2 projects with several Tests (PROJ-A and PROJ-B)
• Go to the Test Repository of PROJ-A and go to the filter menu (advanced)
• Write the following JQL:

  issuetype = Test AND project = PROJ-A ORDER BY issuekey ASC
  

• If you go to the All folder, you will see Tests from both PROJ-A and PROJ-B
• If you go to the Orphans folder, you will see an error message
