    Description

      The user must be able to sort the Tests table in the Test Plan view issue page. When a specific order is set (due to the ranking system), the rows can no longer be moved.

      We should allow the user to chose (on each project) how to sort the Tests:

      • By Rank
      • By the Test Hierarchy
      • By a given column
