If an Issue Type is mapped as "Requirement" and "Defect", the defect created will be linked to itself

If an Issue Type is mapped as "Requirement" and "Defect" simultaneously and "defect" is to be linked as "created by" "requirement", when creating a defect in Test Execution page, the "requirement" will be linked to the new defect and to itself.
