Upload of a result.xml from Jenkins does not create new TestCases

We have updated to Version 3.2.1 and since then we have seen that new Tests are not been created any more when the result.xml file is uploaded. The existing tests are getting the test executions added, as expected.

I added a the result.xml which we crteated this morning to reproduce the problem.

We also deleted a known test to see if it would be recreated, but this also did not work.

In the result.xml you will find 8 tests, of which 4 are not existing and we expect them to be generated.

We looked in the atlassian-jira.log, but there was no log entry with this date and time.
