As a user, I can use a JQL query to find all Tests not associated with any Test Set

I found no way to create a JQL that results issuetypes "Test" that are not added to any "Test Set".

The reason way I want to do this:
> Batching of work in different steps
> 1st step: make blueprint of functions by means of "Test Set" issues
> 2nd step: create high-level "Test" issues is a fast way
> 3th step: get overview of all "Test" issues to add each "Test" to one or more "Test Sets"
Currently I'm blocked in the 3th step.

I there's already a solution in the existing product, the better. Else I would find this an interesting feature.

A new JQL function should be provided by Xray for filtering Tests without a Test Set association: testsWithNoTestSet
