In Test Execution Page Filters column content not readable

In Test Execution view page, table can be improve:
1. Often you can not really read the content of a filter.
E. g. if you want to select a Test Set in the filter you only see the id of the Test Set but not the name (see attached screenshot)
2. The width of the columns can not be changed. E. g. it would make sense to make the column Test Set wider.
3. If you move the mouse on an already selected setting, e. g. in the Test Set it would be helpful if you can see the complete name of the Test Set.
