As system, I provide a REST API for accessing Test Run details

The Xray REST API must support returning:

• a list of Test Runs for a given Test Execution issue.
• a single Test Run for a given Test Execution and Test issue.

The Test Run details must include the following fields:

• Execution Status
• Executed By
• Start Date
• Finish Date
• Defects
• Comment
• Evidences (links to JIRA)
• Steps (in case of a manual Test)
• Results (in case results where imported from cucumber)
• Examples (in case of cucumber outline Tests without results)
