As system, I must support the import of execution results to Manual Tests

Similarly to Automated Tests, the user should be able to import external execution results to Manual Tests.

The REST API must also support the import of execution results for Manual Tests.

The format for Test Step results must be similar to the Examples in Cucumber.
Test Step Results must include the following additional fields:

• Status
• Comment
• Evidences

In the Test Execution view issue screen, the import automated results action should also support importing manual Tests and should be renamed to "Import Execution Results"
