Cucumber step results don't display the duration

    Description

      Sometimes after importing the results from a JSON result file, the duration is not displayed in the steps duration column at the Test Run page.

       

      This problem occurs when the "duration" property in the result file is in milliseconds, instead of nanoseconds (see the data.json file).

      We should start displaying 3 decimals cases in the UI.
      Example:
