Tests Evolution gadget shows wrong amount of test cases based on Test Executions

In the Tests Evolution gadget is not showing the total amount of Tests, whenever using just the filter for Test Executions.

in this case, 561 tests should be accounted for in the gadget.

However, the gadget only shows 391. Note that there were no executions being done between the dates chosen in the gadget.
