Enhancement to the existing Test Execution Report in Xray

Enhancement to the existing Test Execution Report in Xray so that it can be ran for a Project and Version combination and provide a consolidated summary of all Tests and Test Executions.
We would need for it to summarize:

Total # of Tests
#/% Passed
#/% Failed
#/% Deferred (Fix Version/s varies from Affects Version/s)
#/% Pending...
#/% Executing (In Progress)
#/% To Do (Unexecuted)
#/% Issue Priority = Blocker, Critical and/or Major (High Value)
Total # of Tests - # Deferred (Identifies the number of executable tests)
% Executed (Passed+Failed)/ (Total # of Tests - # Deferred)
