As an administrator, I can configure the workflow statuses of Test Executions that should be ignored for the calculation of test statuses and respective requirement stasues.

Use cases:

• ignore Test Executions that were rejected because the results are not trustworthy (e.g. rejected Test Executions
• ignore non-reviewed (i.e. the ones that are not on a specific workflow status) Test Executions
• ignore in-progress/ongoing Test Executions (more or less the same as the previous point)
