HP ALM Importer creates Test issues with garbled summary

Steps to reproduce

• In the HP ALM, Create Tests with special chars in the name e.g (novo_testeÄ)
• Use the HP ALM importer to import the tests
• The JIRA issues will have garbled text in the summary. Check the attached image.
