As a user, I want to be able to link an existing testcase to an requirement using a more explicit action

As a user, I want to be able to link an existing testcase to an requirement in a more clear way.
 
I am aware that a test can be added to an requirement by hitting the “+” button.

But what I wanted to add as an improvement was to have this functionality with an button (without having to hit the “+” and then selecting this function).
