Different behaviour on execution page search boxes

Using the search for an issue option on the Add Defects option on Execution Defects on the Execution page of a test:

• If that Test was already deleted, the server response is always the same as displayed on screenshots 1 and 2;
• If that Test wasn't already deleted, the server response regarding the same environment/project/search queries, is now different, as is displayed on screenshots 3 and 4
